Cancellation Policy

We understand that weather forecasts can sometimes be unpredictable. However, our experience shows that in most cases, the actual weather conditions are either less severe than predicted or don't significantly impact events. To ensure proper planning and staffing, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund, excluding the deposit. If severe weather conditions on the day of your event make it unsafe to operate, we will offer a rain check for a future date. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to the full balance.
